Parents And Online Video Games?

Okay i just don't get it. I'll go and play some video games, the games I play are Mature (17+) rated games where not only is it recommended for you to be over 17 to play them but you can not buy them unless your 17+, anyways i go where the headset (a headset comes with the video game so you can communicate with other players) now, when i go on i here little kids dropping F-bombs, racial slurs, phobic slurs, vulgar ual references, and other profanities. Now i mean like, do their parents allow this? Do their parents not care? Are they doing it behind there parents back? What kind of parents purchase Mature content for their kids? Maybe their parents aren't aware of the dangers on the internet? I feel sorry for these kids to have their innocence lost at such a young age.
