Does it sound like my dog is too hot?

dogs can only expel heat through their paws and mouth. He got over heated. you should have ran a cool hose over him to cool off his body-give him some ice chips. get his inside cooled down. dogs can die quickly from overheating! And next time -leave him home instead of tieing him outside in the heat.
