Should I accept this trade in fantasy?

I think it's a little more than a coin toss i'd say more like a 60/40 like the previous answers say gore is a cone toss because of injury, but you know when he's in the game he is their offense so as long as he doesn't get injured you can count on him, and of course MJD is a complete stud. Cedric benson is having a great year, and ryan grant is a study product so you know what your geting with him. I like jackson because he returns punts and is a speed demon, but i've noticed that kolb did favor jackson as his primary target, but mcnabb seems to look towards celek and maclin more, so in future weeks I honestly do sense a decline in jackson's stats.
