Horrible headache?

I have an INSANE headache. It's killing me. Probably close to the strength of a minor migraine. I'm also experiencing a sore throat, but regarding the headache. I am in no place where there is any tylenol or pain reliever. but I cannot sleep. Is there anything I can do myself to help relieve the pain?
