How do I know if this is a rash?

I had a peace sign painted onto my face today with face paint. When I washed it off 5 hours later, it left a red imprint on my cheek. I think that the paint didn't come off properly and i scrubbed it and it still hasn't come off. I'm starting to wonder whether its a rash or not. It doesn't itch or burn either. Also i have sensitive skin. If you know anything, Please let me know!!
