How do you change the fuel tank straps on a 97 ford ranger.?

it is a 4 cyl. engine and the tank is a poly. do i have to drop the tank to change it. I see the one bolt on the far side of the tank but i am not sure where the other end gets tied into the frame. any help would be appreciated.
