I am trying to get my life in order. I do many things to release my negative emotions, by smoking, cutting and making myself sick (I've been in counseling so don't suggest that please). They all have a sort of releasing factor to them. They're all ways I can physically see release (the blood, the vomit, the smoke as I exhale) and that's what I'm going for. I want something I can physically see, and I'm trying to do this in a healthy way.
