Pimple became bigger, feels like bruise, face swelling near up lip?

Whether you had a pimple or not you still scratched it causing it to bruise. Your nails contain lots of germs so obviously you infected the area. I suggest you take tylenol to reduce fever then see a doctor to rule out possible infection. You might need antibiotics and further evaluation. If it is not a pimple then you might have and you can research what that is on the net.
