Patrick Renna question...?

I remember watching a movie when I was way younger...maybe three or four [I'm 16 now] and it had Patrick Renna in it. Renna is best-known for his role as Ham Porter in "The Sandlot" and all I remember is him holding up a pair of red women's panties and saying "...underwear." I can't remember what he was saying before. I'm guessing the movie was a comedy...anyone know what this is?
