I need a way out of PublishAmerica?

who would be a good candidate (agent) that has dealt with publish america and its slime filled ways... An agent that can work out all the cranks... I haven't signed any contract, but I think I need representation quick and now! Any Idea who I should contact to work the deal or move on to another publisher?
