Computer program where you can design your own lover?

a while ago i read this article about this computer program where you can create a person/lover, like design how he /she looks etc and you can make them say what you want and it came with a vibrator of some sort. lol. i cant think of the name of it. does anyone know what im talking about and are they any other programs like this?
